How do I return my product(s)?
To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must have been bought directly from our Online Shop. You can return most online orders within 30 days from the date of receipt (7 or 14 days for certain products, and some items may be final sale). The individual item return period is communicated to you at the time of purchase.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
 For a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- All product components must be included to be eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to lace charms, spare laces, and limited addition accessories.
- The product must be in its original state and packaging All in one Box collectionÂ
- Apparel must have the original tags attached.
- Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
- Footwear must be in the original shoe box with both shoes in a pair returned.
We do not refund shipping costs. If your returned product(s) don’t meet the criteria above, we cannot accept the items and unfortunately won’t be able to give you a refund. Items not accepted for return may be returned to sender.
Can I exchange my product(s)?
we are only able to exchange the same item in the same color for a different size. If you would like to receive a different item or colour instead, please return your item through our returns process for a refund. Then place a new order online for the item you would like.
Purchases from an RSD store or IndependentÂ
If you purchased in-store, please return to the store to request a return or exchange, according to their policy. We cannot assist with your order if it was not placed online.
