Online Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address or type (e.g. change Standard to Express) once your order has been accepted and processed. If you notice right away that the address is wrong, you should contact rsdcontact@yahoo.com  to request an order cancellation, then you can start again with a new order.

If you don’t want to cancel the order or too much time has passed, and you are no longer within the cancellation window, your order may be returned to sender by the carrier and will be refunded in full once it gets back to our warehouse (standard refund processing times apply). You may contact the carrier directly once you have the tracking number to request an address change if it is a minor change such as incorrect street number or apartment number entered. If you made a small error in your street or city name, the carrier delivers by postal code and may still complete the delivery successfully, but we still suggest contacting them as soon as possible to notify them of the error.

For same-day deliveries, we advise that you cancel the order as soon as possible as there will be no way to contact the carrier and request a change in time.

Please note that we do not reship orders or refund shipping fees if your order is returned to us. You are free to re-order at your convenience

RSD.com charges flat rates per address, depending on the delivery method selected at Checkout. Our Online Shop ships from a carrier and warehouse locations within Canada to addresses within Canada. Standard delivery is $4.50, or free on orders over $150 (before tax).

Delivery time?

Orders are generally shipped 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Additional delivery times vary by region and country 

During holiday or promotional periods (such as Boxing week or Cyber Monday) delivery times can be impacted resulting in delayed shipments. This is due to holiday hours being in effect and significant increases in order volume. Orders placed on, or the day before, a Public Holiday can expect an additional delivery time of a few business days.

The shipment carrier and method will be confirmed and indicated to you when you receive your shipment notification email with your tracking number. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you may receive parts of your order with different carriers and at different times.

Please be advised that the final delivery is at the discretion of the carrier’s driver. If you are not available for initial delivery attempt, they may or may not return for a second delivery attempt, leave the package at your front door/porch/etc., or drop-off at a local pick-up point and leave a delivery notice for you with details of when and where you can collect your parcel.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Please check the estimated delivery times for your city, province and country shipping method to get an idea of when your package should arrive. We also recommend checking your order tracking number for more details as your parcel may have been delivered to a local carrier pick up location or other important notes regarding your delivery. If you did not receive the email with your tracking information, use our Order Tracker for updates.

Received the wrong product?

If you placed your order from our Online Shop and received the wrong product size or colour, we apologize for this experience. You can return the item(s) here using the Return reason code “Wrong Item Sent”. You are free to re-order at your convenience. Note that there may be additional processing time to receive your refund.

If you received item(s) that you did not order, in addition to your complete purchase, please contact: rsdcontact@yahoo.com to obtain a pre-paid shipping label to send these items back to our warehouse

WHY CAN’T YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

There are a few reasons that can keep us from being able to ship your order.

Here are a few possible causes:

  • The product(s) you ordered are out of stock.
  • You live in a remote area, and we cannot deliver there.
  • You specified a PO box as your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
  • A payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order.

If my order is late?

We always aim to deliver your orders but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.

  • Here are some reasons your delivery might be late: 
  • Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.
  • You ordered more than one product.
  • Your order was placed during a Ontario public holiday or a local public holiday. Our main warehouse is in Ontario, and it is home base for each and every one of our products.
  • There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.
